浙江固微科技有限公司是一家以原子团簇束流技术为核心，以原子团簇点阵感知材料与器件研制及物联网解决方案和超高真空制造与测试应用设备定制为主营业务的国家高新技术企业。

现阶段，公司主要从事基于原子团簇的量子调控及微结构材料制备，为氢能领域氢气安全监测、高端智能化力学传感器国产化替代提供产品、技术支持和解决方案等，是国内该领域唯一实现产业化的企业。公司科研团队由中国原子团簇学术领军人、中国科学院院士、南京大学王广厚教授带队，主要核心人员为南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室原子团簇学科带头人、国家自然科学二等奖获得者、小颗粒与无机团簇国际顾问委员会委员韩民教授。

公司技术研发人员占全员的70%，本科以上学历者占比90%。其中包括教授等高级职称技术人员2 人、博士3 人。2023 年与山东大学签署协议成立智能传感与检测技术联合实验室，是山东大学控制与工程学院研究生实习基地。公司成立以来一直致力于高精度感知器件与测控仪表及高端微纳结构制备设备自主研制，已拥有从设备、工艺到产品全链条的设计研发能力，在氢安全监测、高端力学传感器件制造、原子团簇组装光电功能材料与器件制备应用领域处于领先。

At present, the company is mainly engaged in quantum regulation and microstructure material preparation based on atomic clusters, and provides products, technical support and solutions for hydrogen safety monitoring in the field of hydrogen energy and localization of high-end intelligent mechanical sensors. It is the only enterprise in this field to achieve industrialization in China. The research team of the company is led by Professor Wang Guanghou of Nanjing University, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the main core staff is Professor Han Min, leader of the atomic clusters discipline of the State Key Laboratory of Solid Microstructure Physics of Nanjing University, winner of the Second Prize of National Natural Science, and member of the International Advisory Committee of Small Particles and Inorganic Clusters.

The company's technical research and development personnel account for 70% of the total staff, and the bachelor's degree or above accounts for 90%. Among them, there are two technical personnel with senior titles such as professors and 3 doctors. In 2023, We signed an agreement with Shandong University to establish the Joint Laboratory of Intelligent Sensing and Detection Technology, which is the graduate practice base of the School of Control and Engineering of Shandong University. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the independent development of high-precision sensing devices, measurement and control instruments and high-end micro and nano structure preparation equipment, and has the design and development capability of the whole chain from equipment, process to product, and is leading in the field of hydrogen safety monitoring, high-end mechanical sensor manufacturing, atomic cluster assembly photoelectric functional materials and device preparation.
